"As a qualified Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants with 15 years’ commercial experience, I undertook an apprenticeship in data analytics in 2021. Having worked in the apprenticeship sector for several years as Head of Finance at a training provider, I also experienced the process from a learner's perspective.

This experience sparked an interest in taking complex data and telling a story so that strategic and operational leaders have the right information in the right format to make the right decisions.

I set up Kaimetrics in December 2023, as I wanted to use my knowledge to create analytics that make a meaningful impact across the sector. I enjoy working closely with clients to develop their data tools and help organisations use business intelligence to drive success and growth."
