As the education landscape evolves, so do our strategies for success. With this in mind, Kaimetrics have developed the Apprenticeship Growth Matrix, a framework that sheds light on the dynamic relationship between achievement rates and learner growth. 

The matrix can be used alongside bubble charts to place apprenticeship providers, standards, and SSAs into four distinct quadrants based on two critical factors.

Using Aptem's OData, Kaimetrics have developed operational and strategic dashboards in Microsoft Power BI. Working alongside David Lockhart-Hawkins, these dashboards give data insights that can be used to drive quality and compliance. 

Additionally, we create bespoke Power BI and Excel tools using Aptem OData. Our solutions have been proven to save processing time and deliver new actionable insights.

At Kaimetrics, we analyse government data to provide up-to-date insights on the apprenticeships sector. By transforming complex data into clear insights, we empower training providers to identify growth opportunities and new competitors.

As well as analysing the volume of starts and achievements each quarter, we can provide annual QAR analysis in Excel or Power BI so providers can benchmark their performance in the sector.
