We currently collect and process the following information:
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you to provide data analysis and consultancy services on data processes.
We use the information that you have given us to contact you to arrange consultancy services.
We do not share your information with third parties.
We also receive personal information indirectly, from education providers who grant access to data sources for the sole purpose of providing data analysis and process improvements which ultimately have a positive impact on their ability to manage their training provision and therefore learner outcomes.

Kaimetrics Ltd will inform clients of any data inaccuracies which are discovered as a result of the consultancy services provided as part of the contract.
Your information is securely stored electronically, where it is protected from unauthorised access and malicious hacking attempts by approved security software and a firewall. Strong passwords are changed regularly.
When data is stored on paper, it will be kept in a locked filing cabinet and shredded and disposed of securely when no longer required.
We keep name and contact details of clients until you withdraw consent or it is determined your consent no longer exists. We will keep payment information for six years as required by HMRC.
