Aptem is an apprenticeship management system used widely within the sector. They allow customers to access their data directly and create their own templates in Power BI and Excel. This can take time so we have developed standard Operational and Strategic Power BI dashboards that can be updated with your tenant data.

The dashboards are available within a secure workspace, in the Microsoft Power BI Service. They include 12 pages of charts and tables that can be filtered to identify areas of best practice and where interventions are needed in your organisation. The data is regularly refreshed from Aptem, reducing administration time and allowing you to make data-driven decisions quickly.
