What is the Apprenticeship Growth Matrix?

The matrix can be used to place apprenticeship providers, standards, and SSAs into four distinct quadrants based on two critical factors:

How well learners perform in apprenticeship programmes against the average annual published QAR.

The rate at which the programme/provider/SSA attracts new participants. 

Evidence-based decisions lead to better outcomes.

Providers can use this matrix to balance quality and expansion.

Each quadrant demands unique strategies for improvement.
